Terms of Service, Sales and Returns Policy
All eyeglass frames are warranted for one year with respect to manufacturing defects only. In the event of a claim, Panther Eye Care reserves the right to repair or replace the frame or lenses.
Special-order items: Frames marked Online Only / Special Order are ordered from the manufacturer for you and are final sale once ordered.
Returns: There are no refunds or returns on custom-made eyeglass lenses or contact lenses. Non-prescription sunglasses or any other merchandise can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase; no cash refunds.
